Piling wraps, foundations begin

Foundation work has begun for our sold residences, marking the next stage after piling. Piling across all 14 residences is on track to be complete by the end of August, clearing the way for foundation work to extend site-wide.

Framing starts in September

With piling complete and foundations progressing, framing on the first residences is set to begin in early September. This is when the bungalows will start taking shape above grade for the first time.

We will keep sharing progress as construction advances across all 14 residences. Stay tuned for our September update.
