Construction at Six Eleven on the River is moving forward steadily, and we have a meaningful update to share from the site. With each phase completed, our vision for this community is becoming more tangible.

What we completed

Precast piling for Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 is now complete!

Before any foundation can begin, long concrete columns called piles are driven deep into the ground beneath where each home will sit. They anchor the structure into stable soil, so the home above has a solid base to rest on.

What’s coming next

With piling finished, foundation work is expected to begin next month.

Once foundations are poured and cured, framing gets underway, and the bungalows will start to take shape above grade for the first time.

This is where construction starts to become visible. Through the summer months, walls and rooflines will begin to appear on the Wellington Crescent site as work builds pace.
